Attorney La’Dajia Ferguson serves in an “of Counsel” capacity at Paulozzi, Alkire & Condeni Personal Injury Lawyers, where she specializes in diminished value (DV) claims relative to the property damage incurred in motor vehicle accidents.
La’Dajia earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Houston Law Center and graduated magna cum laude from the University of St. Thomas with a Bachelor of Arts degree. She has gained valuable legal experience through a range of roles, including internships with the City of Houston and the International Institute of Akron. Prior to joining Paulozzi, Alkire & Condeni, she worked as a legal secretary at Gasana Law, where she handled litigation preparedness and drafted trial documents, and as a law clerk for Naime, Salem & Associates, where she focused on defending clients’ rights.
Passionate about community service, La’Dajia has volunteered to assist underserved residents in Houston with estate planning and has mentored high school students in under-resourced areas of St. Paul, Minnesota.
Originally from Minneapolis, Minnesota, La’Dajia now resides in Akron, Ohio with her husband. Outside of the office, she enjoys skating along the Ohio Towpath Trails and spending time at the gym.
