Our legal services are contingency based, meaning you do not pay us any legal fees or costs unless your case is resolved in your favor. Although the contingency fee is based upon a percentage of your settlement or verdict, it will be reduced if it exceeds your net proceeds. We will also advance all of the case expenses along the way, including expert reports, deposition costs, and other litigation expenses.
From the day we are retained to the day your case is resolved, we will never ask you to pay any money out of your own pocket to fund the case.
We believe this guarantee is fair and equitable because were the one who suffered the injury and it is our job as your legal counsel to look out for your best interest.
